Fillet o' Fish Sandwich

A succulent fish sandwich. White fish coated in a light batter and fried to perfection served with homemade tartar sauce on a toasted bun. Any firm and dense white fish of your choice, coated with a simple batter of garlic flour, breadcrumbs and egg and fried until golden.

The tartar sauce is simple homemade mixture of mayonnaise, cucumber, onion and jalapeno peppers.

Use any  good quality white fish (skin and bones removed), wash, and season with salt, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic for 1 hour.

Coat with garlic flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry until golden from both sides.

For the tartar sauce combine finely chopped cucumbers, jalapeno peppers and onion with mayonnaise.

Assemble in a bun with slice of cheddar cheese and enjoy!
