How to roast garlic?

I like garlic in pretty much all its forms but roasted garlic is one of my most favorite forms of garlic. Its easy to do and fun too. If you haven't tried it yet, take my words, you will love it!

All you need is garlic (ofcourse!), few drops of olive oil and just a pinch of mixed herbs. An hour into the oven and you have got your self a creamy, aromatic and dream worthy ingredient which can boost up flavors in pretty much every recipe.

Just chop off the head of garlic, pour some olive oil into its brains and sprinkle a pinch of mixed herbs.

Wrap in aluminium foil, place on a pan in the oven and roast for 45 to 50 minutes.

Once done, allow to cool for some time before handling. Press lightly to squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves out of their skin.

And there my good friends, is an ingredient you will absolutely love. Add it in your pasta, spread on a toast or mix with a salad. Enjoy!
