Buffalo Chicken Meat Balls

Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these delicious packets of chicken mince with a smoky flavor are sure to win you applause instantly!

How do I know?

Well, this weekend as I reached home after a tiring day at work, I was surprised by few guests whom I was not expecting at all. Since I had just reached home and there was still much time left for dinner, I had to whip up something quickly to entertain my guests. That is when these meat balls came in my mind, which I saw recently at a party.

Not knowing the exact recipe I decided to play by my instincts and using few simple ingredients these delicious meat balls were made.

In a bowl, mix together Chicken mince, onions, cilantro, BBQ Sauce, salt, pepper and 1 egg. If you feel the mixture is too thin you may add a a tbsp of flour. I didn't have to use any flour though.
In another bowl mix flour, cornflour, egg, and water and make a thick batter. Season with more salt and pepper. Let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Now take about 1 tbsp full of mince mixture in your hands, make balls, dip in batter and deep fry on medium heat in warm oil. Let cook for about 3 minutes on each side. When the balls get golden color all over, take out of oil and serve hot with any of your favorite sauce.

    1. I used chicken mince and it gets cooked pretty fast as compared to mutton or beef, plus we are deep frying so it wont take more than 2-3 minutes "each side" to get done thoroughly..
If you think your mince mixture is too thin or runny you may add flour before frying, make sure you mix it well with other ingredients to avoid forming lumps..
      Hope that helps! :)
